Run your coaching
business from one screen.
Lesson notes, student progress, practice plans and WhatsApp feedback — built for the way coaches actually work in Ireland and the UK.
Your coaching business runs on scraps of paper and a memory you don't trust.
Lesson notes in three different apps. Practice plans you wrote on a card and lost. Students who you can't quite remember what you worked on six weeks ago. There's a better way to do this.
A working coach's second brain.
Not a CRM. Not a learning platform. A tool that does the four things every coach actually needs, and nothing else.
Every student, on one screen.
Handicap, goal, last lesson date, current focus. Open the app — see who needs attention. Tap their name — see everything you've ever worked on with them.
Voice-to-WhatsApp in 10 seconds.
After the lesson, talk into your phone. The app turns it into structured feedback — drill, key thought, practice tasks — and sends it straight to your student on WhatsApp.
Practice plans that actually get done.
Three drills, one focus, 7-day check-in. Students see their plan on their phone. You see who practised and who didn't — before their next lesson.
Progress your students can feel.
Goal set at lesson one. Progress tracked every session. Students stay because they see they're getting better — not because you keep selling them.
A coach signed in. Tuesday morning.
Below is the actual dashboard you'd see at 8am — three taps from a finished lesson note sent to your student before your next coffee.
A working version is live. Click around. Add a student. Send a lesson note.
Open the live demoThings working coaches ask first.
I'm not technical. Will I be able to use this?
Yes. There's no install, no software, no IT. You open a link on your phone. We do a 30-minute setup call where we add your students with you — by the end of it you'll have sent a real lesson note. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use this.
Where does my student data live?
Currently on your device, with optional weekly backups to your email. Multi-device sync ships in summer 2026. Your data is yours and exportable as a single file at any time.
How is this different from a CRM or a coaching app I've seen before?
Most coaching software was built by software people who have never given a lesson. This was built around four things every working PGA coach actually does — capture a lesson, send it to the student, set a practice plan, and check progress before the next session. That's it. No upsells, no booking widget, no marketing automation.
What happens after the three free months?
If you want to keep using it, it's £19/month — locked, for as long as you stay a customer. If you don't, you cancel with one tap and export your data. No card required to start, no auto-charge, no awkward chase.
Can my students see their lessons too?
Right now they get lesson feedback and practice plans direct to WhatsApp — which is where they'll actually read them. A dedicated student app is in build and rolls out to founding coaches first.
Built for coaches who'd rather coach than admin.
